All products are displayed with the item price. Shipping charges are displayed under the appropriate size and are in addition to the item price. Total price is displayed as soon as the item is added to the shopping cart. You can pay using a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex credit card or by using a PayPal account.

Delivery

All products are shipped next business day using UPS Ground® within the Continental United States. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days from the shipping date. You will receive email confirmation once the products have been shipped. All orders with more than one product will be shipped combined. We do our best to keep inventory up to date; however, there are nevertheless exceptions when we will be out-of-stock for a particular product. In this case you will be notified via e-mail. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for errors caused by USPS Ground. If you do not receive your shipment or receive a damaged product contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

Return and exchange policy

You have 14 business days from the shipping date to contact us for a return or exchange. We offer free shipping on all returns and exchanges within the 14 business day registration period. Products should not be used or damaged and returned in the original packaging. All exchanges and returns must be registered via e-mail with NOK200 prior to returning. If you are not satisfied with your goods please contact us as soon as possible and we will respond by the next business day. Each product is quality inspected before shipping. If you feel a product is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us as soon as possible and we work with you to replace or refund you for the damaged product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time frame upon receiving the product. NOK200 is not reasonable for any long term wear and tear associated with the use of the product.
